Add Value International Inc. provides this domain name registration service as one of our services to the general public.

Add Value International Inc. will do it's best to ensure uninterrupted service to your domain name. However, Add Value International Inc. cannot be held liable whatsoever for any service interruptions to your domain name.

You are completely responsible for submitting any and all of the information requested on the application forms accurately.

Should your application for domain name registration be rejected by CIRA for any reason(s), you will be notified directly via the email address you have provided.

It is your responsibility to confirm and acknowledge the agreements with CIRA within 7 days of receiving CIRA's email for the registration and usage of the domain name.

Otherwise, your domain name will be cancelled by CIRA and be returned to the pool of names available for others to register.

You may request for an additional 7 days extension through Add Value International Inc. at least 24 hours prior to this expiry by contacting us via email or telephone.

You may also be asked to resubmit your application again if the form is incomplete.

Please note that registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
