You'll receive an email from CIRA (Canadian Internet Registration Authority) immediately after we have reserved and registered the domain name for you.

Within 7 days of receiving CIRA's email, you MUST confirm and complete CIRA's Agreements in order to use and activate the domain name(s).

The steps are as follows:

• In CIRA's email, you will be given a URL to CIRA's secured web site along with a username account and password.
• You will have to go through approximately 6 clicks to confirm and acknowledge CIRA's policies and rules for using the domain name(s) you have registered.
• During the 3rd. click-through process, please wait for CIRA's Agreements (50 pages of text) to load. If you prefer to read or print it at a later time, there is a check-off box located at the bottom left corner of the last page where you can request CIRA to email it to you.
• On the last page of CIRA's confirmation, you will see the following statement: "There are no processes awaiting your approval". This will indicate to you that you have completed CIRA's agreements and policies. 
• You will receive a follow-up email from CIRA acknowledging the confirmation and within 24 hours, your domain name will become active.

Please note that if you do not confirm the agreements with CIRA within 7 days of receiving their email, CIRA will cancel your domain name registration and there are NO REFUNDS!

If you require additional time to confirm CIRA's agreements, you must contact us at 905-629-0213 or 1-877-558-2583 before the expiry of CIRA's term so we may request for an additional 7 days for you.
